When you place your order online with us you will be taken to our special WorldPay payment page, which displays the secure padlock icon at the bottom of the browser window, so you will know that you are in a secure area. Your payment details will be securely encrypted and cannot be read or accessed by anyone - and that includes us, we never see or have access to your card details at any time. For your additional security and peace of mind we do not store your card details either.

Our Fraud Prevention Policy

Please ensure the name and address you give us match the details held by your credit/debit card issuer. By doing this you can help ensure that your order is processed by us quickly and efficiently, and without the need for further disruption.

Returns
Because of our high standards, our jewellery is guaranteed to be high class quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchased iten, please call or email immediately and let us know within 14 days.
