Worldwide Delivery
The cost of delivery anywhere OUTSIDE THE UK is £6.50 , regardless of destination. We deliver to most destinations worldwide and non-UK delivery is via either Royal Mail International Registered or International Recorded post, depending on the destination country. A signature is required upon receipt of the goods so please ensure someone is available to sign. You can choose to have your order sent to your workplace or an alternative address.

Availability and Dispatch
Subject to credit card security checks and stock availability orders received before midday (weekdays) are usually dispatched within 24 hours, orders received after midday are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Orders received after midday on Friday are usually dispatched by the following Tuesday. Hot items are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days.

Once dispatched orders to most addresses within the UK are usually delivered on the following working day, but please allow up to five working days for delivery. Orders to non-UK addresses will take an average of 3-10 working days to arrive depending on postal services to that destination.

Please note that WE DO NOT DELIVER to PO boxes, mail drop boxes or forwarding addresses of any kind.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock dispatch will take 1-2 weeks longer. You can keep track of your order's progress at any time by simply logging into Your Account where we will keep you informed of the estimated dispatch date. Whilst we will always try our best to keep delays to a minimum for you .  Although this is extremely rare we will let you know if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Customs and Duties
Shipments outside the European Union may be liable to local taxes and import duties upon arrival in your destination country. We have no control over these charges, which must be borne in full by you, nor can we advise you on what these additional costs may be.
